Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy (SM&PT) offers a wide array of services tailored to the individual needs and goals of our patients. Our focus is on creating the most positive outcome imaginable. From the moment you walk into the clinic, our staff is focused on helping you take the next step toward your goal of optimal health and function. During your first appointment, your therapist will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and discuss your plan of care, including the frequency and duration of treatment suggested to reach your goals. Each visit, you will receive direct care by your therapist who is fully engaged in helping you attain your goals. Whether you want to win the next Olympic gold medal, ski next season, or walk around the block next week, we’re here to help you return to doing the things you love to do.
The experienced team at Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy (SM&PT) uses a unique science and art that utilizes a wide variety of procedures to restore function to the body, reduce pain and help prevent future injury. Our talented clinical team will devise an individualized treatment plan for each patient to achieve their specific goals. Once referred to SM&PT a patient undergoes an initial evaluation and an individualized treatment program is designed, in conjunction with the physician’s prescription, to meet the patient’s specific rehabilitative needs. Under the supervision of a SM&PT therapist, patient goals are established and treatment begins. Various physical therapy modalities may be utilized during treatment, including therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, modalities, functional training, return to sport training, injury prevention and education.
We focus on helping patients regain their strength, mobility and endurance so they can resume their regular routines at home.
